Job Title: Software Engineer - Unity SDK

Cognitive3D is at the forefront of 3D content creation, offering distinctive spatial analytics technology for actionable insights in games and enterprise simulations. We're a robustly funded startup catering to the VR/AR needs of enterprises, academia, and businesses. Currently, we're seeking a Software Engineer to spearhead our Unity SDK development.

Our SDK team specializes in data collection from customer apps and collaborates with various third-party SDKs and VR/AR/MR devices. By joining, you'll drive new features, streamline developer onboarding, and boost quality.

Remote position in Canada, with business hours synced to PST/PDT. Our main office is in Vancouver, BC – ideal if you prefer team proximity or social interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the continued development of our top-tier spatial computing analytics SDK for Unity.
• Craft efficient, testable C# code that stands out.
• Team up with our developer customers to create innovative features.
• Keep a finger on the pulse of emerging VR/AR trends.
• Troubleshoot and perfect SDK and platform features.
• Align closely with product teams, ensuring we hit the mark on requirements.
• Engage with customers, maximizing their platform experience.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar; or equivalent applicable experience.
• Demonstrable prowess in C# and Unity.
• SDK development in VR/AR? Big plus.
• A knack for metrics and data-driven decisions.
• A problem-solver at heart.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
