CodeGem is creating the first management intelligence platform built for software engineers. We integrate with the tools that software engineers already use, such as Github, Jira, and Slack, to give managers the full picture of their team. We also collect satisfaction information from within an engineer’s existing workflow to add context about what they are working on to their satisfaction level. We then give engineering teams the tools to turn insight into action, like our 1:1 meeting and goal-setting frameworks.
