We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to execute and optimize demand generation programs, with a strong focus on paid advertising and drip/lifecycle campaigns that support pipeline creation and progression across Mid-Market and Enterprise.

Reporting to the Senior Demand Generation Manager, this role is hands-on and execution-driven. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and BDR teams to bring demand strategy to life, while acting as an active stakeholder in ABM execution to ensure alignment with priority accounts and buying groups.

This is a fully remote, 12-month contract supporting a brand new product launch. The role includes full health and dental benefits, with the strong potential to grow into a full-time role.

YOU’RE FIRED UP ABOUT

Demand Generation Execution

  • Execute and optimize paid media, drip, and lifecycle campaigns aligned to pipeline and revenue goals
  • Support always-on and campaign-based demand programs that generate, nurture, and convert demand
  • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns using funnel data, intent signals, and engagement metrics
  • Partner with Sales and BDRs to ensure demand programs support account priorities and pipeline objectives

Integrated Campaign, ABM, & Channel Support

  • Act as an active stakeholder in ABM execution
  • Execute paid media programs across LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, and other demand channels
  • Build, launch, and optimize drip and nurture campaigns that support lead and opportunity progression
  • Execute integrated campaigns across all channels and support third-party media and sponsorship programs, including execution and performance tracking
  • Contribute insights and recommendations to improve demand effectiveness
  • Take ownership of key marketing operations initiatives — from building and launching drip campaigns independently to testing and implementing new growth infrastructure (e.g., chatbot, automation workflows, performance tracking)

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Ideally 3–5 years of B2B SaaS demand or growth marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience executing paid media and drip/lifecycle campaigns
  • Exposure to or experience supporting ABM programs
  • Strong execution skills with comfort working toward pipeline and revenue goals
  • Analytical mindset with experience reporting on campaign performance
  • Collaborative approach with Sales, BDRs, Product Marketing, and CX
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • We’re looking for a marketer who actively explores emerging technologies—especially AI and LLMs—to drive smarter campaigns and better outcomes. You have a solid understanding of how these tools work, a passion for continuous learning, and a track record of turning new ideas into real impact.

Tools & Skills

  • Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus, or similar experience with equivalent CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Paid media platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting tools)
  • Campaign reporting, attribution, and funnel analysis
  • Experience in SaaS and/or fintech environments
