Business Development Representative

We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us fuel our growth and champion our product to potential customers! Reporting to the VP of Marketing, your primary focus will be booking meetings, generating sales-qualified opportunities, and mastering the art of outbound prospecting. You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing to engage potential customers, handle objections like a pro, and drive meaningful conversations that lead to new business. We’re looking for someone who thrives on picking up the phone, finds creative ways to uncover new opportunities, and is excited to fill the sales pipeline. You should be motivated, resilient, and eager to sharpen your skills in sales and relationship-building.

YOU’RE FIRED UP TO:
- Meet quota requirements for booked meetings and qualified opportunities
- Book meetings with key decision-makers to drive pipeline growth
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and multi-threading
- Drive meaningful conversations by being a pro on the phone and confidently handling objections
- Initiate the sales process through multiple touchpoints, including cold calling, email, and social media
- Proactively self-source new business opportunities through research and outreach
- Collaborate with Account Executives to target high-potential accounts
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
- 1+ years of experience in a SaaS Sales development role
- Curious and driven with a strong desire to learn, grow, and exceed targets
- Experience selling across multiple channels, including phone, email, social, and in-person
- Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, Sales Navigator, and Zoominfo
- Industry exposure in an outbound sales and/or new business development
