We’re looking for a motivated and results driven Business Development Representative (Enterprise) to join our BDR team! As the first point of contact for enterprise inbound leads, you're keen to create a fantastic first impression of Coconut to our prospects and support them through the sales process. Partnering with one of our experienced Account Executives to increase the opportunity pipeline, you'll receive coaching, guidance and feedback to help you educate and position the value of our platform to potential customers, and source qualified opportunities.

You understand that sales isn’t a ‘single player game’ and are known for your collaborative spirit and your eagerness to contribute to overall company growth and success. Really, we're seeking out a candidate with a passion for building customer relationships, a knack for taking ownership of every lead, who is keen to empower our clients with innovative solutions and build prospect enthusiasm and excitement on every call.

YOU’RE FIRED UP TO:

  • Build relationships with new business leads
  • Drive the sales process through multiple inbound and outbound cold calls, emails, and social media touch points
  • Qualify leads partnering 1:1 with an Enterprise Account Executive (AE) and collaborate on the full sales cycle for prospects you sourced
  • Maintain a clean inbound funnel and collaborate with AEs to provide our customers with the best solutions
  • Proactively research and self source new prospects & business opportunities for Coconut
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales team to drive outbound and demand generation campaigns and tactics that get results
  • Leverage SalesLoft, Hubspot, Salesforce, and various data tools with the Sales & Marketing teams
  • Track and record activities on accounts and leads in Salesforce
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to make connections and generate new leads
  • Consistently slay your quarterly targets

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • 1+ years of experience selling into Enterprise accounts in a SaaS Sales development role
  • Experience with outbound selling motions
  • Previous success selling over multiple channels: phone, email, social, face to face, while using multiple sales processes
  • Authentic and engaging; you have outstanding interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
  • You’re focused, organized, efficient and can ruthlessly prioritize
  • Results driven in a collaborative, win-as-a-team environment
  • Naturally curious and a quick study - you tend to connect the dots!
  • Open to feedback, recover quickly from mistakes and take every opportunity to learn
  • Proven record of sales success & industry exposure in an outbound and/or new business development function, preferably in a similar enterprise SAAS environment
  • Passionate to develop your career in technology sales

BONUS IF YOU ALSO HAVE:

  • Hands on experience working with a CRM (we use Salesforce)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
