About The Role
Clutch is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our People team! You have a knack for sourcing top Engineering, Product, Design & Data Talent, and are looking to kick-start your next role at a growing company!
What You'll Do
- Partner with Engineering, Data, Design & Product leaders to develop and iterate on recruitment strategies that support the growth of their teams
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process while providing world-class candidate experience
- Own and drive projects that continuously improve and refine our hiring and onboarding processes, data initiatives, and other key talent programs.
- Able to organize and manage talent outreach. Along with ensuring that we are able to continuously target high-performing candidates
- Conduct initial phone screens and communication with prospective candidates
- Can build meaningful relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- 5+ years experience recruiting for a variety of technical roles, including but not limited to Full Stack, Product Managers, Design, and more
- Experience in a dynamic hyper-growth environment, paired with the ability to adapt on the go and address concerns across the business as they come up
- Curious and interested in technology and takes the initiative to discover emerging trends
- Loves data and uses it to gain insight into the effectiveness of the team’s strategies and processes
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 annually
