Summary:

We are currently seeking a Manager, Channel Partnerships to join our Channel Team in Toronto.

What your team does:

The Clio Channel Team is rapidly growing and focused on building and managing relationships with our Channel partners to drive sales and expand our market reach. They identify and onboard new partners, providing them with the training and resources they need to succeed. By working closely with these partners, the Channel Team ensures everyone is aligned with our company’s goals and strategies. They are human and high performing; while also working cross-functionally to drive Clio’s development of the #1 cloud based solution.

Who you are:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Channel Partnerships to lead and manage our Partner team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. You will guide and mentor your team, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to excel. What you’ll work on:

  • Coaching and mentoring our Partner team in North America.

  • Leading cross-functional channel initiatives and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.

  • Driving both tactical and strategic ideas, projects, and initiatives across the Partner Channel.

  • Driving team growth, performance excellence, and achievement of MRR targets.

  • Working closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Analyzing and reporting on channel performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Developing and maintaining a strong external presence within the partner community.

  • Travel as needed to support partner events and meetings.

What you have:

  • Several years of leadership experience managing high-performing channel sales teams, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop the team

  • Proven track record of working with partners

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Problem-solving skills with an aptitude for identifying challenges and developing effective solutions

The expected salary range* for this role is $118,200 to $177,400 CAD. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.

In addition, this role is eligible for variable pay that is based on company performance, with actual payout amounts calculated and paid on a quarterly basis.

*Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
