Job Description
As a Technical Leader, you will work as part of a dynamic engineering team delivering automation and process control solutions using Rockwell technologies. You will design system architectures, guide project execution, and support both technical development and field activities. You will work onsite in Jundiaí/São Paulo due to the nature of the role.
Your Responsibilities
- You will design moderate to complex system architectures using Rockwell Automation products, including functional design specifications, hardware engineering, bill of materials, and quality control.
- You will be the technical reference for the project team and support management of internal and third‑party development teams throughout all project phases, including testing.
- You will complete project engineering activities to accommodate changes and project challenges.
- Support proposal development while also performing project execution tasks and participating in training on Rockwell's product portfolio to support the Oil & Gas business in the region.
The Essentials – You Will Have
- Degree in Engineering
- Experience with Rockwell Automation products.
- Experience with PLC, supervisory systems, and industrial network project solutions.
- Willingness to travel.
- Oil & Gas experience.
The Preferred – You Might Also Have
- 6+ years of experience.
- Experience with large projects.
- English communication skills.
