How Will You Make an Impact?
- Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to close.
- Identify and close high-value strategic opportunities that drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and position GovAI’s solutions effectively.
- Ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention through thoughtful communication.
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, Leadership, and Operations to support strategic initiatives.
- Provide insights from customer interactions to inform product development and go-to-market strategy.
- Support proposal development, pricing, and deal structuring.
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
- Contribute to exploratory initiatives as GovAI continues to scale.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or related roles.
- Experience selling SaaS and/or public-sector solutions is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in fast-moving startup environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
