Job Summary
How Will You Make an Impact?
- Prospect into target accounts through outbound emails, calls, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling.
- Qualify inbound leads by assessing fit, needs, and readiness to engage with sales.
- Conduct early discovery to understand customer pain points, business priorities, and buying processes.
- Schedule high-quality meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track activity, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics.
- Develop strong product and market knowledge to effectively communicate GovAI’s value to government customers.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
- SaaS experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High resilience, persistence, and comfort with outbound prospecting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A coachable attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo).
