Every year, trillions of dollars are spent on all areas of infrastructure to maintain our quality life and move our economy forward. However, our infrastructure is no longer equipped to meet the needs of the future. We hear about infrastructure failures, whether bridge collapses, power blackouts, or water main breaks, every day in the news. Climate change and extreme weather events are disrupting the basic infrastructure we took for granted for years.

Citylitics is solving the hardest data problems in infrastructure while building the sales intelligence platform that enables a faster, more transparent, and more efficient infrastructure marketplace. We turn millions of unstructured documents into high value intelligence feeds and datasets that are available on an intuitive user experience. Our goal is to enable solution providers to connect with cities with relevant infrastructure needs in a faster and more digital way than historic market channels. As more companies adopt our platform, cities & utilities will be able to access solutions that deliver on the promise of moving towards a more resilient, sustainable, and equitable infrastructure future.

Citylitics has offices in Austin TX, Milwaukee WI, and Toronto ON. This is a fully remote position unless the successful candidate prefers to work out of one of our offices.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are hiring a Senior Consultant to support our Go-To-Market teams with product, market intelligence, data, and subject matter expertise throughout our customer journey. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of understanding customer needs, effectively positioning products or services, and contributing to successful new bookings and expansion contracts. We’re looking for someone who will serve as an evangelist for the Citylitics platform, data products and value proposition and bring industry expertise to help our customers solve their sales growth challenges.

What Will You Achieve?

  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate closely with the sales & demand generation teams to engage and understand the needs of prospective customers. Help tailor demos & presentations to address their pain points and showcase the value of our products within our prospect workflows.
  • Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products, data capabilities, their features, and benefits. Translate customer's business needs into data requirements and compelling business outcomes for prospects. Help customers understand how they can be most successful with Citylitics.
  • Industry Expertise: Bring your past hands-on experience implementing systems & tools within sales and business development teams in public infrastructure markets. Bring unique value-add perspective that helps our prospects & customers get their desired business outcomes from Citylitics.
  • Collateral Creation: Develop engaging and informative sales collateral such as presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and solution guides. Craft materials that effectively communicate the value of our solutions to prospects. Help prospects & customers develop tactical plans to achieve their business goals from Citylitics.
