Why You’ll Love This Role

As a Content & Media Specialist, you will build and operate the media engine behind Circuit Stream’s brand and customer acquisition. You will create, coordinate, and scale high-converting short-form content across organic and paid channels, helping grow the brand into a $10M+ education company in Canada and expand into key U.S. markets. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone who thrives on execution, creativity, and measurable performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and operate Circuit Stream’s content engine from ideation to publishing, focusing on high-volume, high-performing short-form content.
  • Develop repeatable content systems including hooks, formats, and scripts at scale (e.g. 10 hooks x 10 formats x 10 variations).
  • Identify, source, and coordinate talent such as creators, instructors, and students.
  • Stay current with trends, platform changes, and viral formats, adapting them into high-converting content.
  • Collaborate with the paid media team to test and scale content that drives leads and enrollments.
  • Build a strong content pipeline to support expansion into key U.S. markets (e.g. Texas, Seattle, Florida).
  • Produce content that competes with top 1% of creators in our category.

Role Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience creating high-performing short-form content (TikTok first mindset).
  • Proven ability to drive conversions through content, not just views.
  • Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, and audience engagement in the first 1-5 seconds.
  • Solid foundation in copywriting and understanding how to write to capture attention, build curiosity, and drive action.
  • Experience sourcing and managing talent or creators.
  • Strong writing skills for short-form scripts and direct-response style ads.
  • Highly execution-focused with a builder mindset, not just a strategist.
  • You have a portfolio of content that you have created or helped produce and can clearly speak to what worked.
  • DTC growth experience is an asset.
