Key Responsibilities
- Track pacing against revenue targets and ensuring alignment with plan.
- Analyze performance by market, course, and channel, comparing results against prior periods and forecasts.
- Identify underperformance and propose actionable improvements.
- Translate strategy into executable campaigns with clear timelines and deliverables.
- Review and refine ad creatives, emails, landing pages, and scripts to maintain high quality standards.
- Ensure all messaging aligns with campaign goals and priorities.
- Lead the structure, messaging, and iteration of key landing pages.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to execute landing pages and optimize user experience.
- QA the full funnel experience including forms, flows, CRM, and checkout processes.
- Apply CRO principles including A/B testing, messaging improvements, and conversion optimization.
- Own execution of launches including new markets, courses, and promotions.
- Ensure campaigns launch smoothly across marketing, admissions, and partners.
- Source and coordinate freelancers such as designers, photographers, and videographers.
- Manage timelines and delivery of creative assets.
- Own campaign reporting, ensuring performance is visible, accurate, and actionable.
- Use analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot, Google Sheets) to extract insights and guide decisions.
- Keep revenue and results top-of-mind across the team.
Role Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or campaign management roles.
- Proven ability to own campaigns or projects end-to-end with clear performance outcomes.
- Strong attention to detail with a sharp eye for quality.
- Data-aware mindset with the ability to make performance-driven decisions.
- Solid foundation in copywriting, with the ability to drive curiosity and conversion through messaging.
