Campaign Operations Specialist

Description

Meet Circuit Stream

Where education meets innovation. At Circuit Stream, we offer skill-based, online programs for adults ready to upskill or reskill and an innovative summer camp experience for youth in fields like technology, business and healthcare. We partner with the best universities in North America to deliver hands-on, applied learning that opens doors to future opportunities. Whether you're building your career or helping others build theirs, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment that values innovation, results, personal growth, and a collaborative team culture.

Why You’ll Love This Role

We do not only need more ideas, we need someone who can turn strategy into execution and execution into revenue. As our Campaign Operations Specialist, you’ll sit at the center of our marketing engine, owning campaign performance, coordinating execution across the team, and ensuring everything we put into the market meets a high bar. You are an operator responsible for turning strategy into execution, and execution into revenue. Your work will directly impact leads, revenue, and how we scale into new markets, helping us grow Circuit Stream into a $10M+ education brand in Canada and the U.S. This role emphasizes hands-on execution, with a focus on actively driving initiatives rather than through delegation.

Key Responsibilities

Own Campaign Performance
  • Track pacing against revenue targets and ensuring alignment with plan.
  • Analyze performance by market, course, and channel, comparing results against prior periods and forecasts.
  • Identify underperformance and propose actionable improvements.
Plan & Execute Campaigns
  • Translate strategy into executable campaigns with clear timelines and deliverables.
Support Creative & Messaging Quality
  • Review and refine ad creatives, emails, landing pages, and scripts to maintain high quality standards.
  • Ensure all messaging aligns with campaign goals and priorities.
Own Landing Pages & Funnel Experience
  • Lead the structure, messaging, and iteration of key landing pages.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to execute landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • QA the full funnel experience including forms, flows, CRM, and checkout processes.
  • Apply CRO principles including A/B testing, messaging improvements, and conversion optimization.
Lead Launches
  • Own execution of launches including new markets, courses, and promotions.
  • Ensure campaigns launch smoothly across marketing, admissions, and partners.
Manage Assets and Vendors
  • Source and coordinate freelancers such as designers, photographers, and videographers.
  • Manage timelines and delivery of creative assets.
Own Reporting & Visibility
  • Own campaign reporting, ensuring performance is visible, accurate, and actionable.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot, Google Sheets) to extract insights and guide decisions.
  • Keep revenue and results top-of-mind across the team.

Role Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or campaign management roles.
  • Proven ability to own campaigns or projects end-to-end with clear performance outcomes.
  • Strong attention to detail with a sharp eye for quality.
  • Data-aware mindset with the ability to make performance-driven decisions.
  • Solid foundation in copywriting, with the ability to drive curiosity and conversion through messaging.

Does this sound like you?

  • You enjoy being at the center of execution rather than on the sidelines.
  • You bring structure to fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • You take pride in ensuring things get done and done well.

What’s In It For You

  • High ownership role with direct impact on revenue.
  • Exposure to founders and core business strategy.
