- When subbing a class, lead engaging and comprehensive classroom sessions based on Circuit Stream curriculum/instructor guides provided
- Showcase proficiency in full stack software development.
- Share real-world experiences, case studies, and insights from the software development industry to offer students a holistic understanding of the field.
- Stay updated with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices in software design to continuously enhance your own skills and instruction techniques.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the software development industry, with a proven track record of successful software development projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in software development principles, object oriented programming, data structures and algorithms, programming design patterns and best practices in full stack development.
- Proficiency in latest full stack development technologies such as JavaScript, Node.js, React, NoSQL, SQL, Cloud deployment (Server management, Docker, scaling etc.), Mobile development tools such as React Native and Flutter including the basic web dev technologies such as HTML and CSS.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
- Innate logical thinking and the ability to inspire and nurture logical thinking in students.
- A passion for guiding and mentoring adult learners, fostering their growth, and providing meaningful feedback.
- Willingness to adapt to evolving curriculum needs, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- A collaborative attitude, eager to contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- A proactive attitude towards ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry advancements.

- Competitive contractor rates: $160 for each 2.5 hour class substituted
