Circuit Stream's Enrollment Advisors educate and guide prospective students through an application process to enroll in one of Circuit Stream’s adult or teen courses. Enrollment Advisors conduct an evaluation of the prospective student’s background and professional experience to establish if our courses are a fit for their professional and academic goals. Enrolling students in our programs requires a consultative and customer centric approach and we value student satisfaction above all.

This position will be based in our Calgary office (Beltline 11th Ave S.W.) with a fully in-office working model.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Learn about our courses and communicate the program outcomes and value props to prospective students
  • Build rapport and help students through the application and enrollment process to successfully enroll in our courses
  • Interview students and establish program fit to ensure high student satisfaction
  • Successfully meet your call volume targets on a daily basis as defined by the calling strategy. Ensure you are meeting your daily KPIs as defined by your Manager
  • Successfully meet enrollment targets for each cohort as assigned by your Manager
  • Attend internal coaching and training sessions so you have a strong understanding of the program definition, outcomes, skills learnt and value props

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bilingual English/French speaker preferred (due to increase in enrollments in Quebec)
  • 1-2 years of consultative inbound sales experience in higher education, banking, tech, telecom, etc.
  • Comfort working with a variety of software and systems for inbound sales, CRM, lead collections and payment, etc.
  • Solid understanding of technical products or technical skills-based learning courses
  • Inbound selling training or certification is desirable (on-the-job training will be provided)
  • Business Administration or Commerce degree or diploma preferred
