About the opportunity:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Test Technician to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The successful candidate will play a key role in assembling our professional video products, including SMPTE 2110 Streaming Products and HDMI, DP, and SDI products for broadcast, post-production, and live events.
- Assemble and test professional video products, including SMPTE 2110 Streaming Products and HDMI, DP, and SDI products, according to assembly instructions and specifications.
- Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards and functional requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to optimize assembly processes and improve product quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
- Document assembly processes and maintain records of completed assemblies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall efficiency of the production process.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

The experience and skills we value:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electronics or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in assembly, preferably in the professional video or broadcast industry.
- Knowledge of SMPTE 2110, HDMI, DP, and SDI standards and protocols is an advantage.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and specifications.
