About the Opportunity: The Operations & Logistics Coordinator, Middle East is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational activities of Christie’s Dubai office, with primary accountability for logistics coordination, customs compliance, inventory administration, warehouse support, office administration, and service logistics across the Middle East region.Responsibilities Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across the Middle East region.Prepare, verify, and retain Bills of Entry, export declarations, commercial invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, airway bills, and related customs documentation.Coordinate Free Zone to Mainland transfers, re-exports, customs inspections, and documentation requests.Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, clearance agents, couriers, customers, and customs authorities.Record receipts, transfers, shipments, and inventory movements accurately in JDE and related tracking tools.Coordinate cycle counts, stock counts, and annual inventory verification activities.Process inbound and outbound RMA transactions and coordinate customer, field service, and repair-part shipments.Receive faulty parts, complete system receipts, label items, and coordinate return to factory, repair location, or approved local scrapping.Answer and direct incoming calls; greet and direct visitors and external personnel.Coordinate deliveries, office supplies, facilities maintenance requests, petty cash, and periodic expense reporting.
