About the opportunity: The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager by synchronizing team members, maintaining budgets, managing schedules, and facilitating clear communication across stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. Responsibilities: Develop project plans according to available resources.Collect and archive final documentation.Work with client representatives to coordinate installation activities in the least intrusive manner to minimize disruption of ongoing business activities.Manage vendor activities and provide the client with daily updates on progress and issues.Back up contact for clients when the Project Manager is not readily available.
