About the opportunity:

We’re looking for an Internal Service Technician, this role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment, systems, and tools within the organization to ensure smooth daily operations. This role supports internal teams by providing technical expertise, preventative maintenance, and timely resolution of service issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on company equipment and systems
  • Respond to internal service requests and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address recurring technical problems.
  • Maintain accurate service records, logs, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
  • Provide regular updates to supervisors on equipment status and service activities.
  • Research service parts, methods, bulletins, parts substitution and apply to the service process.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Recommend upgrades or replacements when necessary.

The experience and skills we value:

  • 1-2 years of proven work experience in a technical customer service role.
  • Hands-on experience with AV systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot electronic equipment using software, error logs, and service manuals.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems
