The Role
As a People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator, you will be a vital part of our team, supporting our people through their company journey with a focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, people operations, employee experience, and general administrative support. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture. You will also play a key role in ensuring our internal customers receive outstanding service and support business outcomes. Accuracy, confidentiality, clear communication and follow up are key accountabilities.
Who You Are
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on talent acquisition and onboarding.
- You excel in organizational and time management skills.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., ATS, HRIS).
- You have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- You are customer service-oriented and committed to supporting business goals.

What You’ll Do
Talent Acquisition:
- Coordinate the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offering, and onboarding candidates at all levels.
- Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
- Act as a passionate ambassador for our company, showcasing our values and culture to prospective talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
- Provide support to hiring managers by sharing recruitment best practices and insights to enhance the hiring process.
- Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through feedback and offer stages, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
- Conduct negotiation discussions with the support of the P&C team and perform thorough reference checks to ensure the best fit for our team.
New Hire Onboarding:
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, sending welcome emails, tracking policy completion, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Conduct engaging welcome sessions and department meet & greets that introduce new hires to our company culture, team members, and essential information.
- Serve as the primary contact for new hires during their first 90 days, supporting their cultural integration, productivity, and addressing any onboarding inquiries or concerns.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop personalized onboarding plans tailored to individual roles and departments.
- Continuously improve the onboarding experience by gathering feedback from new hires and making necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with various teams to provide new hires with the tools, resources, and access they need to excel in their roles.
People Operations & Employee Experience Support:
- Support the Director of People & Culture and the P&C Generalist with a range of P&C initiatives and projects.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events to enhance workplace unity and boost morale.
- Ensure all P&C activities align with and support overall business objectives.
General Administrative Support:
- Coordinate company travel arrangements.
- Assist with board meeting preparations, including slide decks, agendas, and on-site logistics.
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed, including calendar management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.

Compensation
We are committed to transparency in our hiring process. The Salary Range for this role is between $50,000 and $60,000 depending on experience, skills, training and organizational needs. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location.
