Team Overview
Our Sales team serves the critical role of getting our products into the hands of our customers. This talented team works hard to build and maintain relationships with our clients, as well as looks for new business opportunities to expand our reach.
Responsibilities
Description
The Sales Enablement team equips the Sales team with the tools, resources, and training needed to enhance their effectiveness. The team streamlines processes, provides product knowledge, and optimizes communication strategies to drive successful sales outcomes.
Your day-to-day job will consist of:
- Hire, onboard and lead a team of enablement content and communications specialists to provide a center of excellence for enablement programs.
- Establish and document processes to help scale enablement programs consistently, including launch, monitoring and reporting.
- Maintain and and govern of our enablement technology content management system, including user and content audits, content updates, and page template design and maintenance.
- Become an expert in our Technology Stack to support editing and curation of enablement learning, programs and content.
- Publish well written, weekly newsletters and updates to keep sellers informed, and manage the sales enablement communication in bound channels and outbound calendar.
- Build dashboards and analytics to support enablement programs and content analytics.
- Support ad hoc projects that support sales enablement, which may include creation of content and/or collateral, user testing
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant and related work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
- Experience managing small to midsized teams or functional areas.
- Experience working with SalesForce, Clari and reporting.
- Articulate and clear, concise written communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with learning management platform and content management solutions.
- Technologically saavy and willingess to master eLearning and video editing software.
- Project management experience.
- A proven builder of teams, processes, and documentation.
