Currently, Cargoflip is bringing its MVP to market. Reporting directly to the Founders, this marketer will be responsible for developing B2B marketing programs that drive businesses to adopt Cargoflip’s products and services, help with product positioning and go to market strategy, launch new verticals and kickstart our inbound channel strategy.
What will you do? 🔨
Develop and execute growth strategies to drive adoption
Develop deep expertise in Cargoflip’s industry, brand identity, customer segments and value props
Be a go-to expert for our offering’s position in the market
Enable Sales teams with the value propositions, positioning, messaging and sales collateral needed to successfully engage with prospects and support new sales
Find new growth areas to expand our marketing portfolio, own test execution, analysis and scaling opportunities
Own relevant KPI and reporting and communicate results across the organisation
Adopt data-first approach by continuously tracking, analysing, reporting and optimising all growth efforts across all channels
Manage, mentor and grow your team

Who are we looking for? 🔦
3+ years of relevant work experience in demand generation, product marketing or strategy consulting
Experience in B2B marketing and working closely with sales, product and operations teams
Strong track record of thriving in a hyper-growth environment with a roll up your sleeves approach
You enjoy working on analytical and creative sides of marketing. Conceptualising content for lifecycle mails and finding nuggets of data to help optimise a campaign are both things you like to do
Excellent leadership skills, ability to manage up and drive consensus among executive stakeholders
Experience in logistics or supply chain is preferred but not required
Our Process ⏭
We are mindful of your time and try to make sure the entire process finishes within a week or two.
Initial call: We use this call to get to know you and clarify any questions you may have so that expectations align on both sides. We will also use this to pitch Cargoflip.
Meet the rest of the team: This is essential to see if we enjoy working with each other. Team fit is really important for us.
Case meeting with founders: Discussion on the process so far and viewpoints on the potential future problems and how you plan to resolve them.
Reference checks: We may ask for references from your past experience here.
