CareCru is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering requirements for our Intelligence product, along with new Dental Practice Management Software (DPMS) integrations.

Reporting to the CTO, you will work closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Customer Success) to discover customer needs, document clear product requirements, prioritize the backlog, and ensure the successful launch and adoption of new functionality.

Let's talk if...

  • You are endlessly curious about your customers, competitors and technology
  • You are a great communicator
  • You feel that Product Management is the best role ever and are looking to grow your career
  • You’re the kind of person who takes initiative to improve things
  • You conquer learning curves with ease
  • You obsess over clean data, insightful dashboards, and the pipelines that power them.
  • You get excited about mapping messy external schemas (disparate PMS data models) into a unified model
  • You understand how to balance customer empathy with executing on-time
  • You like working with small teams and have a natural sense of urgency

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the Intelligence product roadmap, partnering with Engineering to deliver actionable, easy-to-understand dashboards and reporting.
  • Contribute to end‑to‑end scoping of new DPMS integrations: API discovery, data‑model mapping, and rollout strategy.
  • Drive adoption of internal tooling for CareCru's Practice Success Managers to better support our dental practice customers.
  • Effectively communicate the "why" with stakeholders across all levels, including executives, engineers, designers, and customers
  • Create and prioritize tasks in the backlog with clear and concise requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics (e.g., user engagement, adoption rates, customer satisfaction) to identify areas for improvement
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the dental and SaaS space
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within your team

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager managing SaaS products
  • Hands-on experience shipping analytics features or data-heavy products
  • Proven experience in continuous discovery, competitive analysis, and managing product backlogs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform product decisions
  • Experience working with dental practice management software or in the dental industry is a strong plus!

Why CareCru?

  • Shape the future of dental practice operations - your work will power decisions for tens of thousands of operators across North America.
  • Be an early stage contributor in high-growth company run by a proven team with successful SaaS startup experience
  • Competitive salary and early-stage stock options
  • Excellent benefits package including health, life, dental and vision
  • Be part of a passionate, entrepreneurial team that works hard and has fun doing it
