About CoreHealth
CoreHealth exists on a simple idea: better health outcomes begin with better technology. Our role is to connect the moving parts – challenges, assessments, wearables, content, and coaching – so organizations can support their people with clarity today and evolve confidently tomorrow.
To deepen our impact, we integrated Wellness Checkpoint, bringing science-backed health risk assessments together with digital engagement tools and building on 20+ years of connected software. The result is a configurable foundation that unifies data and experiences, making it easier to launch, adapt, and scale well-being with one trusted stack.
Whether you’re starting simple or orchestrating sophisticated programming, CoreHealth gives you the infrastructure to connect, adapt, and grow.
