- Achieve revenue objectives, showing year over year growth
- Proactively identify opportunities and changes in the market, and creating and managing outreach strategies to build pipeline
- Provide support to Account Executives in complex sales cycles with high annual contract values
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of Account Executives to ensure they are set up for success
- Facilitate ongoing coaching and training for our Account Executives to foster career growth and development
- Analyze business metrics with executive leadership to create a business strategy
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership to align sales goals and KPIs with overall company objectives
What You'll Bring
- 2 or more years of experience leading a sales team
- Ability to motivate and inspire an AE team to achieve and exceed targets
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders and business leaders
- Results oriented mindset
- A great attitude, a willingness to be persistent, solve challenges and shift priorities when needed
- Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets
- Scaling onboarding and leading ongoing training
- Experience with complex, high ACV sales cycles
- Experience in a SaaS environment
