Who You Are
As the Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in the success of Cardata. You will work closely with the VP of Sales to lead a team of Account Executives . You’ll motivate and mentor our Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets and foster a culture of high performance and continuous growth. You’ll leverage your expertise and experience to drive revenue and increase Cardata’s market share.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Achieve revenue objectives, showing year over year growth
  • Proactively identify opportunities and changes in the market, and creating and managing outreach strategies to build pipeline
  • Provide support to Account Executives in complex sales cycles with high annual contract values
  • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of Account Executives to ensure they are set up for success
  • Facilitate ongoing coaching and training for our Account Executives to foster career growth and development
  • Analyze business metrics with executive leadership to create a business strategy
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership to align sales goals and KPIs with overall company objectives

What You'll Bring

  • 2 or more years of experience leading a sales team
  • Ability to motivate and inspire an AE team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders and business leaders
  • Results oriented mindset
  • A great attitude, a willingness to be persistent, solve challenges and shift priorities when needed
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Scaling onboarding and leading ongoing training
  • Experience with complex, high ACV sales cycles
  • Experience in a SaaS environment
