Responsibilities

• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and products using forklifts and clamp trucks.
• Operate order pickers to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain organization within the warehouse by ensuring proper storage of goods.
• Support shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with order picking as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to safety protocols.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge for basic maintenance of equipment as required.
• Build pallets or crates for shipping purposes when necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, and order pickers.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment operation and maintenance.
• Ability to lift heavy loads safely (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
