Firefly Solar is a leading provider of residential and commercial solar solutions, focused on high-quality installations and exceptional customer support. We are continuing to expand across Canada and are looking for a talented Support Administrator (Sales Ops) to join our team.
About the Role
You are the organized, proactive backbone that keeps builder conversations moving.
As our Support Administrator (Sales Ops), you will manage inbox and scheduling, keep next steps tight, and help ensure builder packs and proposals go out quickly and accurately. This is a great opportunity for someone who is strong with Google Workspace, loves clean systems, and wants to grow inside a fast-moving company.
If you enjoy keeping things organized, hitting clear targets, and being the person who “catches the details,” this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Email and inbox management (triage, draft replies, flag priorities, keep it clean)
- Calendar and scheduling coordination (meetings, buffer time, reschedules)
- Builder communications support (same-day first response on inbound requests)
- Proposal and builder pack assembly (sent within 48 hours)
- CRM tracking and next-step logging (training provided)
- Phone follow-ups (confirm appointments, return calls, light lead nurturing)
- Meeting preparation (agendas, notes, action items, follow-ups)
- File management in Google Drive (organization, naming conventions, permissions)
Must-Haves
- 1–3 years in an admin, coordinator, or operations support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
- Comfortable learning new tools quickly
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Proactive mindset, you surface issues early and bring solutions
Nice to Have
- Exposure to home building, construction, development, or solar
- Comfort with basic spreadsheet math and templates
- Interest in learning practical AI tools to work smarter (we will train you)
