About the Role

CapIntel is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to help drive financial strategy, decision-making, and performance across the business. Reporting to the SVP of Finance & Operations, you’ll work closely with leaders across departments to deliver meaningful insights, build models that inform strategic choices, and ensure alignment with our financial goals.

This is a high-impact role for someone who brings strong financial planning experience, analytical depth, and a collaborative mindset. You’ll play a key role in evaluating growth opportunities, monitoring performance, and helping the business make data-informed decisions as we scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the company-wide financial Planning and Forecasting initiatives; Annual Planning process, monthly BvA meetings, Short Term vs Long Term scenarios
  • Develop an understanding of CapIntel's go-to-market model, including various partner/channel motions, and translate this into operational and financial information to monitor the health of the business
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and action upon SaaS performance metrics (CAC Payback, NRR, GRR, Rule of 40, etc)
  • Collaborate with Accounting on monthly close to ensure timely and accurate reporting and analysis of results
  • Partner with all department leaders to provide financial guidance, resource allocation support, and performance tracking
  • Drive Executive reporting and provide timely, insightful and actionable information to enable data-driven decision-making
  • Drive board and investor reporting, including monthly/quarterly financial packages, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance, with at least 3 years in a high growth SaaS environment
  • Deep understanding of SaaS operating metrics with experience applying them to drive strategic decisions
  • Proven ability to partner with Leadership team to drive alignment, instill accountability, and optimize performance
  • Hands-on experience with building and owning company-wide financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis processes
  • Proficient with Excel, FP&A tools (Pigment, Adaptive, etc), and Accounting tools (Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc)
  • Excellent business judgment and storytelling skills; ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfort working in high growth environments and having to operate in ambiguity
