PCI / SOC Compliance Analyst (Temporary Assignment)
We have a Training & Development opportunity for Service Operations team members seeking hands-on experience, new skills, and broader business and technical knowledge.
This is an internal-only, temporary assignment open to Service Operations employees in all offices. After the assignment, you will return to your home position.
About the role:
The PCI / SOC Compliance Analyst supports Camis’ security and compliance programs by helping the Infrastructure & Security team complete key work related to:
- PCI DSS (payment security requirements)
- SOC 1 & SOC 2 (independent assurance reports on controls and security practices)
You’ll work closely with the Manager, Infrastructure & Security, especially during peak compliance season (March–December), to track compliance activities, coordinate follow-ups, and support audit readiness & completion.

What you’ll be doing:
- Create and manage compliance tracking tickets (daily/weekly/monthly); assign to the right teams and follow up to ensure completion
- Help gather evidence and documentation for annual audits; track deadlines and maintain organized records
- Submit monthly security reports and collect annual vendor compliance documentation
- Review weekly security reports to identify risks; create remediation tickets and help drive resolution
- Support change control compliance by reviewing major system changes for security requirements
- Participate in compliance meetings; help document procedures (including incident response) and support ongoing improvements
What you’ll bring:
- Service Operations, call center, or help desk experience
- Any experience with compliance, audits, or risk management is a plus
- Familiarity with JIRA (or other ticket systems) is preferred
- Experience helping with ticket management, audits, or document collection is helpful
- Hands-on experience with documentation, reporting, and working with different teams is preferred
- Comfortable working with different teams and following up on tasks
- Great communication skills – able to explain technical topics in simple, easy-to-understand terms
- Good at problem-solving and taking ownership of issues to find solutions
- Able to work on your own and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
Schedule and Term Details
Start date: March 2, 2026
End date: December 18, 2026
- March – July (part-time - shared with home position):
- Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (20 hours/week)
- Split time between this assignment and your current Service Operations role (home position
- Hours may be reduced during Q3
- August – December (full-time):
- 40 hours/week
- Transition fully into the PCI / SOC Compliance Analyst assignment
