Configuration Specialist – Internal Posting

The Configuration Specialist is responsible for supporting the Camis product by executing configuration maintenance tasks. This role works closely with the Configuration and Client Care teams and is open to staff reporting to our Guelph and Ann Arbor offices.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing ongoing configuration maintenance tasks
• Implementing, testing, and deploying content changes
• Completing weekly configuration requests and client maintenance
• Supporting larger year-over-year seasonal update projects as needed
• Collaborating with the Configuration team on larger client-specific projects

What you will bring:

• Diploma or degree in a related field (preferred)
• Relevant related experience will be considered
• 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing role
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high attention to detail
• Excellent, professional written and verbal communication in English
