Job Summary
As a Product Manager, you will contribute to managing and enhancing our payment products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, QA, and marketing, to support product development, execution, and launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of product releases with B2B partners.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the product roadmap through research, analysis, and prioritization.
- Collaborate with technology, operations, and design teams to contribute to product discovery and development.
- Help define product positioning and value proposition by gathering insights from customers and industry trends.
- Contribute to coordinating smooth product releases and supporting technology teams in product execution.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and work with stakeholders to refine requirements.
- Track product performance and success metrics to support continuous improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A minor or coursework in Business, Economics, or a related field is a plus.
- Work experience in a technical, product, or business-related role (e.g., software engineering, business analysis, product operations, or consulting).
- Basic coding experience (Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL, or similar) with an ability to collaborate with technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Figma, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Interest in payments, fintech, digital banking trends including prepaid and cross-border payments.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
