What you will do

As a Senior Infrastructure Developer at Bridgit, you'll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining the reliable, scalable infrastructure that powers our development organization. You'll be responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of our AWS-based systems, while enabling product squads through automation, tooling, operations, and strategic guidance. Infrastructure at Bridgit is foundational - you're not just keeping the lights on; you're creating the systems that support continuous deployment, smooth development workflows, and rapid innovation. You’ll work on everything from CI/CD pipelines to system monitoring and production triage, always with a focus on resilience and developer productivity.

We’re also laying the groundwork to support more AI-powered capabilities across our platform, and your work will be instrumental in ensuring our infrastructure is ready to scale with these demands. Whether it's integrating ML workflows or enabling data pipelines for model training, you’ll help shape the technical foundation for our next generation of intelligent features.

Does that sound like you? Great! Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Automation enthusiast – You have solid scripting experience (Python, Bash, etc.) and love building powerful, diverse tools that make life easier for developers and teams.
• Cloud-native mindset – You’re comfortable working across various cloud environments, with deep hands-on experience in AWS.
• Eyes on everything – You know your way around monitoring and alerting tools, and take pride in creating systems that are observable, resilient, and fast to troubleshoot.
• CI/CD advocate – You're all-in on automation and take ownership in shaping robust CI/CD pipelines (we use Github Actions) that support rapid, reliable delivery.
• Orchestration savvy – You have a solid understanding of container orchestration, especially Kubernetes, and enjoy building platforms that developers love to use.
• Curious and forward-thinking – You stay current with the latest technologies and development practices, and you’re especially interested in the potential of AI and LLMs.
• Collaborative by nature – You believe in learning from others, sharing what you know, and growing stronger as a team.

You can expect to work on Bridgit Bench’s infrastructure, which implies:

• Define, implement, and continuously improve infrastructure and DevOps best practices
• Collaborate on the design, build, and maintenance of secure, resilient, and scalable architecture with your related product squads
• Develop and maintain tools and automation that empower development teams and streamline workflows
• Proactively monitor, diagnose, and resolve system errors and performance issues
• Define, build, and monitor AI infrastructure to support the deployment and scaling of machine learning and large language model (LLM) capabilities
