Job Summary:
As the Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Manager, you will spearhead our strategy to attract, engage, and seamlessly integrate exceptional talent across the organization. You'll possess a strong understanding of the talent market, drive innovative sourcing strategies, and champion a positive end-to-end experience for both candidates and new hires. This role involves leading the full talent lifecycle, from initial outreach to successful onboarding.
Job Description:
- Partner: Work full-cycle with hiring managers as partners to find and attract talent specific to the team's needs. Coach and advise based on your growing knowledge of niche markets, compensation, and the competitive landscape.
- Strategize & Research: Develop a recruiting plan that expands our talent pools and ensures a diverse range of candidates for both short-term and long-term efforts. Function as a talent advisor through expert knowledge of the external talent market, leveraging insights to solve complex recruiting challenges.
- Evaluate & Close: Own the candidate's experience from first contact to closing. Conduct interviews and other touchpoints with candidates that contribute to meaningful decision-making for hiring managers and relationship-building with candidates.
- Prioritize: Ability to own and juggle the talent acquisition & onboarding process while balancing moving quickly with intentional decision-making. Use your judgment on how to best organize, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Onboarding: Partner with internal stakeholders (Finance, IT, Legal, Hiring Manager) to successfully onboard new Bridgit team members.
- Iterate and innovate upon the Recruitment Process: Make recommendations on how Bridgit can continue to refine its approach to improve the candidate experience and quality of hire.
Requirements:
• 8+ years in recruitment at a SaaS company (as a bonus, experience at a construction technology or enterprise SaaS company)
• Previous experience leveraging ATS platforms. At Bridgit we use Workable.
• Experience working with multiple departments throughout the talent acquisition and onboarding process - IT, Finance, Legal, Hiring Manager

• Consultative Recruiting: Highly independent, a problem solver and excel in consultative recruiting, regularly tracking and delivering recruiting insights/analysis to inform internal stakeholders. Recommend and drive improvements that impact talent pipelines and our ability to close top talent.
