Role description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fractional Managing Real Estate Broker to join our team in Alberta, Canada. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate regulations, with exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Brokerage Oversight

  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, contracts, and regulations governing real estate transactions in Alberta, BC and Ontario.
  • Support the Bode team with real estate regulatory expertise, audits and trust reconciliations.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations, ethical standards, and best practices for real estate brokerages.
  • Mitigate risks associated with real estate transactions through diligent oversight and proactive risk management strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Real Estate Broker in Alberta, Canada, with a minimum of 2 years of experience trading in real estate.
  • Strong understanding of Alberta's real estate market dynamics, regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Proven track record of success in managing real estate transactions, including sales, leasing, and property management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and technology platforms for transaction management, marketing, and data analysis.
