Blockthrough is seeking an Optimization Solutions Lead to join our Monetization and Partnerships team! This new role will be pivotal in owning revenue optimization initiatives, and acting as a liaison between our Demand, Partnerships and Product teams.
The successful candidate will be a naturally curious problem solver who will help drive ad tech-focused data analysis, quality assurance, and reporting initiatives.

Who you are:
- Excellent problem solver and communicator
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills - you’re able to oversee multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Curious to understand the media landscape, including the desire to stay up to date on changes to policies in the broader media space
What you'll do:
- Gain a deep understanding of Blockthrough and Eyeo technical offerings and lead optimization-focused projects that improve customer experience and drive growth
- Monitor internal workflows and produce creative approaches to streamline process and close organizational gaps
- Gain an in-depth understanding on all new supply-related industry topics, such as new channels and devices, header bidding, SPO, identity, privacy regulations, programmatic supply chain, etc.
- Execute on adops responsibilities for Blockthrough’s demand product
- Collaborate and support internal client services teams to encourage a unified approach to publisher demand activation, revenue optimization, and operational efficiency
- Provide teams with data-driven solutions for commercial, product, and operational improvements
- Help Product Team define features and drive revenue driving product enhancements
- Develop strategic proposals and business plans for optimization solutions; work closely with team on execution/implementation of optimization features

What you’ll need:
- BA/BS or similar educational background
- 3+ years of online advertising experience (adops experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google sheets
- Experience with header bidding solutions, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, and/or other optimization platforms
- Experience building ad performance reports for clients or other stakeholders
- Experience presenting complex concepts to both business and technical teams
- Past experience working directly on a publisher demand strategy (preferred)
- Based in United States or Canada
