We are seeking a highly motivated Temenos Application Specialist. In this role, you will collaborate with our Products team and existing pods, providing technical support through assessment, analysis, integration, development, and troubleshooting for our T24 platform assignments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the go-to technical expert for Temenos within Agile PODs.
- Oversee and address issues, ensuring clear communication.
- Develop L3 features for T24 Transact, ensuring adherence to enterprise principles (performance, scalability, security) and TEMENOS coding standards.
- Propose, document, and align high-level and detailed solutions for various TEMENOS layers.
- Support and document application rollouts and upgrades as needed.
- Adhere to comprehensive change control processes.
- Apply both business and technical knowledge to ensure cohesive delivery.
- Ensure solutions meet the requirements, including performance, scalability, and security.
- Plan and oversee the technology delivery for multiple projects/products.
What You'll Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor's in Software Development or Computer Science.
- Over 3- 5 years of experience with Temenos T24, TAFJ and R17+
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in SAFe, retail modules (especially Account Arrangement), and web service modules (including TWS, TCIB, and IRIS).
- Preferred experience in the banking industry
- Preferred experience in database administration.
- Strong understanding of cloud deployment types and service models.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels, including executives.
- Practical problem-solving skills to address technical issues.
- Ability to organize and coordinate senior resources with diverse skill sets, fostering effective teamwork.
- Experience with Atlassian cloud tools (Confluence and JIRA).
