About the Role
What you'll do
- Partner closely with Go-to-Market leaders on team effectiveness, organizational design, workforce planning, performance and compensation management, and employee development.
- Own and support key employee lifecycle processes, including leaves, offboarding, employee relations, and other People Operations initiatives.
- Lead and contribute to high-impact People programs such as manager development, career growth frameworks, engagement initiatives, and performance reviews.
- Use data, AI, automation, and operational excellence to streamline workflows, improve employee experience, and enable the People team to focus on high-value work.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth environment.
- Proven experience supporting Go-to-Market functions and a genuine interest in partnering with these organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian employment law and HR practices
- A hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic partnership and operational execution.
- Experience using AI, automation, and data to improve people programs and processes.
- Strong coaching, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
