  • Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Operations to optimize lead management processes, campaign follow-up, territory planning, and conversion performance.
  • Analyze performance data and activity metrics to identify coaching opportunities, improve productivity, and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and ramping of new BDR talent as the organization continues to grow.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of BioRender's outbound playbooks, prospecting methodologies, and sales development best practices.

What you bring to the table

  • Proven track record of consistently driving outbound pipeline and revenue generation and exceeding team performance goals.
  • Strong coaching and talent development skills, with experience building successful BDRs and preparing them for future sales careers.
  • Deep expertise in modern outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, social selling, account-based prospecting, and multi-threading.
  • Experience leveraging CRM, sales engagement, and prospecting tools to drive productivity and performance.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate metrics into actionable coaching and business insights.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience partnering effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams.
  • Experience thriving in high-growth startup or scale-up environments where adaptability, resourcefulness, and ownership are critical.
  • A player-coach mindset with a passion for helping teams win while maintaining a high bar for performance.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, or other technical buyer personas.
  • Experience building or scaling outbound prospecting programs in a high-growth SaaS environment.

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it.
