BioRender is the world’s leading platform for creating and managing scientific visuals. Over 1 million scientists and hundreds of biotech, pharma, and academic institutions rely on us to simplify communication in drug discovery, clinical research, publications, and beyond. As we expand our enterprise footprint, we’re hiring a Solutions Consultant to partner with our AE team and bring the power of BioRender to life for the scientists we serve.

About the Role

As a Solutions Consultant you’ll sit at the intersection of science and software. You will serve as the strategic and scientific partner to our Account Executives, particularly on complex strategic and enterprise opportunities. You will bring deep scientific expertise and a strong understanding of how scientific teams operate, how they communicate, collaborate, publish, and share information across both technical and non-technical audiences. You’ll help customers map BioRender to their organizational workflows, processes, and communication needs.
You will guide the technical and scientific narrative that shapes the sales process: conducting discovery, leading demos, identifying high-impact use cases, advising on team-wide adoption strategies and ensuring BioRender is positioned as the right scientific communication solution for their organization.
As an early member of the Solutions Consulting team, you'll help shape how the function scales, contributing to playbooks, best practices, and customer engagement strategies that future team members will build upon. This is a high-impact, highly collaborative role ideal for someone who possesses a deep sense of curiosity about science and scientists, and wants to accelerate scientific advancement through software.
You can expect to work with customers both remotely and in person for onsite visits, with travel up to ~25% of the time.

  • Help customers understand how BioRender fits into their existing processes and build confidence in adoption and change management.
  • Validate technical requirements and ensure alignment with BioRender’s capabilities and roadmap.
  • Build scientific credibility with researchers and leadership across pharma, biotech, and academia.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product to translate feature requests into underlying workflow needs and help product team to understand not just what customers ask for, but why
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and scalable post-sale adoption.
  • Work with Sales Enablement and Marketing to create scientific playbooks, workflows, and value messaging.
  • Identify recurring scientific patterns across accounts and work with Product, Enablement and GTM teams to translate patterns into features, sales plays, marketing campaigns and accompanying training

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it.
