Sales Manager, EMEA

As we continue to scale globally, we’re expanding our GTM presence in Ireland to support our growing EMEA business. We’re looking for our first EMEA sales leader to support our recent expansion in Ireland, leading and developing a team of Account Executives and BDRs while playing a hands-on role in driving revenue and shaping how we scale across the region.

About the Role

As part of the founding European team, you’ll partner closely with senior sales leadership to help scale our Ireland-based team. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You’ll play a key role in shaping our go-to-market approach while staying close to the day-to-day by coaching reps, supporting deals, and driving performance.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on involvement.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Develop the Team

  • Manage, coach, and support a team of Account Executives and BDRs through regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and performance conversations
  • Foster a strong, collaborative, and high-performance culture
  • Support hiring and onboarding as the team continues to grow

Drive Revenue & Execution

  • Own team pipeline and revenue performance against targets
  • Lead from the front by joining calls, supporting deal strategy, and helping move key opportunities forward
  • Ensure strong execution across both inbound and outbound sales motions

Strengthen GTM Strategy

  • Partner with senior sales leadership to refine and execute our EMEA go-to-market approach
  • Provide feedback from the field to help shape strategy on new market entry.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product

Build & Optimize Processes

  • Help evolve sales processes, playbooks, and forecasting discipline
  • Track performance metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility

What You Bring

  • 6–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including 3–5 years managing high-performing, outbound-focused sales teams (BDRs and AEs)
  • Exposure to EMEA markets or distributed teams
  • A strong track record as a top-performing individual contributor
  • Experience working in high-growth or startup environments
  • A player-coach mindset with comfort leading while staying hands-on
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams
Nice to have:
  • Experience selling into life sciences, biotech, or technical users
  • Experience partnering closely with or leading cross-functional GTM teams (e.g., Customer Success, Partnerships, or RevOps)
  • Familiarity with full customer lifecycle ownership, including post-sale engagement, expansion, and retention strategies
