What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute BioRender’s revenue marketing strategy to drive qualified lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue across self-serve and enterprise customer segments.
  • Own and optimize performance marketing programs across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and other digital acquisition channels to achieve pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Lead account-based and targeted engagement initiatives in partnership with Sales to accelerate enterprise pipeline creation and progression.
  • Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing Operations, and Product Marketing to align campaign planning, forecasting, attribution, and reporting with business objectives.
  • Define and analyze key funnel metrics including lead volume, MQL quality, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, pipeline velocity, and ROI, to identify insights and make data-driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Drive experimentation and continuous optimization across audience targeting, messaging, landing pages, nurture flows, and channel mix to improve performance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with content, product marketing, creative, and agencies to develop campaigns and assets tailored to key ICPs.
  • Evaluate and implement marketing technologies, automation capabilities, and attribution frameworks to improve campaign effectiveness and operational scalability.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, revenue marketing, or growth marketing roles within B2B SaaS or technology companies.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue impact through integrated marketing programs.
  • Deep expertise managing paid digital acquisition channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, paid social, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting performance outcomes, and optimizing spend efficiency against pipeline goals.
  • Strong understanding of campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage agencies and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and executive stakeholders in a high-growth environment.
  • A growth mindset — you’re adaptable, curious, and excited to build something impactful in a fast-growing company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
