We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Specialist to support our growing Talent team. This role will play a critical part in delivering an exceptional candidate experience by owning interview scheduling, coordinating hiring logistics, and supporting recruiting operations.
You’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process from initial outreach through offer stage.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and timely process
  • Manage complex calendars for candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams
  • Organize and facilitate interview debriefs, ensuring timely feedback collection
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS with a high degree of accuracy
  • Support recruiting operations, including reporting, process improvements, documentation, and ad hoc assignments
  • Partner with recruiters to optimize interview workflows and candidate experience
  • Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve issues
  • Assist with offer coordination and pre-boarding logistics as needed
  • Help drive operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies and proposing scalable solutions through AI enhancements

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, GoodTime, Gem or similar)
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a high-growth startup or scaling environment
  • Familiarity with recruiting metrics and reporting
  • Interest in improving processes and building operational frameworks with Claude AI, Chat GPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.
