Full-time
At BioRender, we’re on a mission to accelerate the world’s ability to learn, discover, and communicate science — transforming how knowledge is shared and making science open, collaborative, and easily understandable by all.
We’re shaping the future of science communication and are looking for talented individuals to help bring this vision to life! 🚀
About the Role
As a Field Marketing Manager at BioRender, you’ll bring our mission directly to the scientific community by designing and executing memorable event experiences. You’ll own the execution and optimization of BioRender’s field marketing programs — from major conferences and trade shows to campus and customer onsites — to drive awareness, engagement, and demand.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to connect BioRender with scientists where they work, learn, and discover.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own BioRender's onsite and field marketing execution — building brand visibility, fueling pipeline, and deepening community engagement through impactful events and activations.
  • Lead end-to-end logistics for customer onsites, conferences, trade shows, and regional events, ensuring every touchpoint is seamless, on-brand, and leaves a lasting impression.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Sales and Customer Success to ensure field marketing efforts are tightly aligned with go-to-market priorities and customer engagement goals.
  • Own event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships — driving operational efficiency without compromising on experience quality.
  • Track, analyze, and report on event performance metrics to measure ROI, surface insights, and continuously sharpen our field marketing approach.
  • Partner with the broader Marketing team to extend the reach of event content across digital, PR, and community channels — making every event work harder.
What You Bring to the Table
  • 2-3+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing — ideally in a SaaS, tech, or life sciences environment.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing high-impact onsite events that drive pipeline growth and strengthen brand presence.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple event projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder who thrives in collaborative environments and can effectively manage external vendors and agency partners.
  • Deep passion for crafting memorable, in-person experiences that connect with scientific and technical audiences.
  • A self-starter mentality — you bring creativity, resourcefulness, and a data-driven mindset to everything you do.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you can take ownership and make a measurable impact.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30 - 40% required.
