Full-time
At BioRender, we are accelerating the world’s ability to discover, learn, and communicate science faster through visuals. Today, BioRender empowers millions of scientists to create beautiful, accurate biological figures for communication within pharma companies and academic research.
As we scale our go-to-market engine, Revenue Operations plays a critical role in defining how we generate, convert, and scale revenue through clear processes, strong operating cadence, and tight alignment across teams.
We’re hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to act as the business owner and architect of our demand-to-revenue motion. This role is responsible for designing and continuously improving our lead-to-customer processes, defining requirements for our systems, and partnering closely with our Go-to-Market Systems team to bring those designs to life.
This role is ideal for a senior operator who loves thinking deeply about how revenue should work, uses data and tooling to drive better outcomes, and can translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical execution.
What you’ll do
Design and own the demand-to-revenue motion
  • Own the design and ongoing evolution of BioRender’s lead (MQL & PQL) to Customer funnel
  • Define lifecycle stages, attribution models, routing logic, enrichment strategy, and SLAs across Marketing and Sales
  • Ensure processes are scalable, measurable, and aligned with how our GTM teams actually work
  • Act as the business owner of funnel definitions and performance
Translate business needs into system requirements
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in how we use our existing GTM tools
  • Proactively design process improvements to increase rep productivity, pipeline creation, and conversion
  • Partner closely with the Go-to-Market Systems team to scope requirements, prioritize work, and align on implementation approach
  • Provide clear documentation, success criteria, and change management to support high-quality execution
Drive rep productivity through better workflows
  • Analyze rep workflows to identify friction and inefficiencies
  • Design improvements that reduce manual work and increase time spent selling
  • Evaluate new tools and emerging AI-powered solutions through the lens of business impact and usability
  • Partner with GTM Systems and Enablement to implement, test, and roll out changes effectively
Own pipeline execution and operating cadence
  • Run and lead the weekly Pipeline Council, driving insight-based discussion and accountability
  • Partner with Sales leadership to improve pipeline creation, progression, and quality
  • Use data and tooling to surface risks and opportunities early
Deliver insights that drive action
  • Build and own dashboards and analyses that illuminate funnel health and revenue performance
  • Translate data into clear recommendations for Sales, Marketing, and GTM leadership
  • Continuously test, learn, and iterate on processes based on performance
Be a senior cross-functional partner
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing leadership, Customer Success, Finance, Data, and GTM Systems
  • Act as a strategic thought partner while remaining hands-on in process design and analysis
  • Help establish clear ownership and operating standards as BioRender scales
What we’re looking for
  • 3-6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations
  • Strong experience as a process owner and business partner for GTM systems and tooling
  • Deep understanding of demand-to-revenue workflows, attribution, and funnel analytics
  • Familiarity with modern GTM tech stacks and how they support revenue workflows (CRM, enrichment, engagement, automation, analytics)
  • Ability to define clear requirements and partner effectively with technical system owners
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Highly analytical, structured, and proactive
  • Strong communicator who can align senior stakeholders around process and priorities
Why this role is exciting
  • You’ll shape how revenue works at BioRender, not just how it’s reported
  • You’ll own the “what” and “why” of GTM processes, while partnering on the “how”
  • You’ll influence tooling strategy without being the system administrator
  • You’ll work closely with senior GTM leaders and a strong technical systems team
  • You’ll help scale a mission-driven company supporting scientists worldwide
