Field Marketing Manager, Onsites

- Develop and lead BioRender’s onsite and field marketing strategy — driving brand presence, pipeline growth, and community engagement through events and activations.
- Plan and execute end-to-end logistics for customer onsites, conferences, trade shows, and regional events, ensuring every experience reflects BioRender’s brand and mission.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to align field marketing activities with go-to-market goals and customer engagement strategies.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to deliver exceptional onsite experiences efficiently and on brand.
- Collect and analyze event performance data to measure ROI and continuously optimize our field marketing approach.
- Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to amplify event content across digital, PR, and community channels.
- 5–8+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing — ideally in a SaaS, tech, or life sciences environment.
- Proven success designing and executing field marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline and brand impact.
- Strong organizational and project management skills — you thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a knack for building strong relationships across teams and vendors.
- A passion for creating exceptional in-person experiences that inspire and engage audiences.
