About the Role
What You’ll Do
- Lead annual GTM planning, including territory design, quota modeling, and compensation strategy.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to identify growth opportunities and improve funnel performance.
- Own GTM reporting and insights, including dashboards, performance reviews, and QBR materials.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations during Pipeline Council and leadership meetings.
- Drive process and tooling improvements across Salesforce, Outreach, and our GTM stack.
- Collaborate with Finance and Strategy to align headcount, bookings targets, and productivity assumptions.
- Support leadership in developing scalable frameworks for forecasting and pipeline management.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy.
- Proven experience with territory planning, quota design, and incentive strategy.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to distill data into actionable insights.
- Deep familiarity with Salesforce, Looker, and GTM tools like Outreach, Gong and Clay
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset — able to zoom out and identify structural levers for growth, while diving into the details when needed.
