About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to help define and execute BioRender’s go-to-market strategy and planning. This is a high-impact role that will work cross-functionally with GTM leadership to optimize how we structure, measure, and scale our revenue engine.
You’ll lead initiatives across territory design, quota setting, compensation strategy, and data insights, while driving process improvement across our GTM tech stack. You’ll also play a key role in strategic reporting and business reviews, helping leadership make data-informed decisions to accelerate growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead annual GTM planning, including territory design, quota modeling, and compensation strategy.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to identify growth opportunities and improve funnel performance.
  • Own GTM reporting and insights, including dashboards, performance reviews, and QBR materials.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations during Pipeline Council and leadership meetings.
  • Drive process and tooling improvements across Salesforce, Outreach, and our GTM stack.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Strategy to align headcount, bookings targets, and productivity assumptions.
  • Support leadership in developing scalable frameworks for forecasting and pipeline management.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy.
  • Proven experience with territory planning, quota design, and incentive strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to distill data into actionable insights.
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce, Looker, and GTM tools like Outreach, Gong and Clay
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset — able to zoom out and identify structural levers for growth, while diving into the details when needed.
