About the Role
What You’ll Do
- Own the commissions process from end-to-end, including plan setup, calculation, and payout using CaptivateIQ.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and RevOps leadership to ensure comp plans align with company goals and are executed accurately.
- Maintain and improve compensation documentation, process controls, and audit readiness.
- Support reporting and dashboarding across GTM performance (e.g., attainment, pipeline coverage, bookings).
- Run ad hoc analyses to help Sales leadership make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and automate manual processes within Salesforce and related GTM tools.
- Assist with annual quota setting and plan rollout.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commissions, or Revenue Operations.
- Hands-on experience managing commissions in CaptivateIQ (or similar tools).
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage recurring monthly processes with precision.
- Bonus: Experience building compensation plans directly within CaptivateIQ or similar platforms.
