About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated Account Executive based in Ireland, with a tenacious approach and growth mindset. You’ll collaborate closely with our Leadership, Customer Success, and Business Development teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving revenue growth. This role focuses on selling into academic and research institutions across Ireland and the broader EMEA region. You’ll manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to close—and play a key role in shaping BioRender’s presence across the scientific community.
Location: This is a remote position open to candidates based in Ireland

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, selling to academic institutions in Ireland and the wider EMEA region.
  • Become an expert in BioRender’s platform, benefits, and scientific use cases.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets for your assigned territory.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and measure performance against quotas.
  • Develop and execute territory expansion plans, identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Provide feedback on regional trends, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the academic and research landscape in Ireland.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to enhance customer success and adoption.
What You Bring
  • 4+ years of SaaS sales experience, managing the full sales cycle.
  • Full professional fluency in English (additional European languages a plus).
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 25% within the EMEA region.
  • Experience selling technical SaaS products
  • Degree in life sciences (e.g., biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, biomedical engineering) is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse audiences, including scientists and research leaders.
  • Determined, resourceful, and strategic in your sales approach.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • A proactive attitude and passion for improving continuously.
