Senior/Staff Growth Marketing Manager

What you’ll be doing
- Define and lead growth strategy to increase lead volume and conversion across the PLG and enterprise funnel
- Develop, manage, and rigorously track a roadmap of growth experiments and funnel optimizations
- Work with Product, Marketing, Sales, and BizOps to develop funnel insights and execute on growth initiatives
- Partner with Product Growth team to optimization develop roadmap for core website, lead gen forms, and sign-up workflows
- Partner with Sales to execute growth and lifecycle campaigns that generate incremental enterprise pipeline
What you bring to the table
- 5+ years in growth, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing in PLG
- Proven record of rapidly driving measurable growth through experimentation
- Strong analytical skills; able to translate data into strategy
- Hands-on experience with growth channels (paid, email, SEO, referral, CRO, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable in fast-moving environments
- Highly cross-functional and collaborative; you work well across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Analytics
