About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior/Staff Content Marketer to lead the development of high-impact scientific content that drives traffic and fuels our funnel. This is BioRender’s first content marketing hire, and you’ll work directly with our CMO to craft and execute a content strategy that delivers results and communicates ideas that are relevant and compelling to a global audience of scientists. You bring a rare blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and scientific knowledge to craft compelling content articles, videos, blog posts, and social content while using data, systems, and content management tools to scale impact and performance.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and execute end-to-end content creation across blog posts, landing pages, product education content, and thought leadership
- Develop and lead the content strategy to support self-serve growth, aligned with business goals and audience insights
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to bring user needs and product stories to life
- Identify content gaps and create frameworks to scale content production over time
- Champion BioRender’s voice and tone, adapting content to different channels, formats, and stages of the user journey
What you bring to the table
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to drive growth and engagement in SaaS or PLG environments
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, especially for technical or scientific audiences
- You're a natural storyteller who can distill complex ideas into engaging, accessible content that resonates with technical and non-technical audiences alike
- Ability to set ambitious goals and generate content efficiently to support funnel growth targets
- Deep empathy for users - you're obsessed with understanding their needs, language, and journey, and use content to guide and support them
- Comfortable owning both content creation and high-level strategy; you’re both a thinker and a doer
- Analytical, curious, and outcomes-oriented - you know how to measure success and continuously improve
